Floyd Dawley came to the market to follow a dream that he had since the first time he went hunting as a child. He always thought that if you liked something then you should follow it. So, if you see him behind the glass window cutting some meat then he has found his dream. He started working for the market in 2007. At the time he did not have any meat processing experience. He assists in the processing of domestic animals, does some of the custom slaughtering jobs and takes care of the customers when needed. |
